The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the overall academic direction and integrity of IJGESR.
Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, relevance, originality, methodological quality, ethical compliance and peer-review evidence.
Editors are expected to protect manuscript confidentiality, identify and manage conflicts of interest, select appropriately qualified reviewers, evaluate reviewer recommendations independently and maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
Editors must not use unpublished information obtained through submitted manuscripts for personal research or other advantage.
The publisher supports the editorial infrastructure of the journal but shall not require an editor to accept or reject a manuscript for commercial reasons.
