A manuscript should not be simultaneously submitted to more than one journal.
Substantial republication of previously published work without appropriate disclosure and justification is unacceptable.
Authors must inform the journal about closely related manuscripts, preprints, conference versions or prior publications that could reasonably be viewed as overlapping with the submission.
Legitimate secondary publication may be considered only where scholarly, ethical, copyright and licensing requirements have been satisfied and full disclosure has been provided.
