Complaints
Authors, reviewers and readers may raise substantive concerns about journal procedures, published content or editorial conduct by contacting the editorial office. Complaints should clearly identify the article or editorial matter concerned and include relevant supporting information.
Complaints should be assessed by a person who was not directly responsible for the disputed action wherever reasonably possible.
Editorial Appeals
Authors may request reconsideration of an editorial decision when they believe a substantive factual, procedural or scholarly error affected the decision. An appeal should provide specific academic reasons rather than merely expressing disagreement with reviewer comments.
An appeal does not guarantee reversal of an editorial decision.
